Capital Campaigns
Our capital campaigns utilize donor designated funds to provide for capital improvements to our facilities and equipment. These are long-term projects that have a lasting impact on our programs. Currently we have raised funds to construct a second story on the roof of one of our children's homes to add office and general use space. However, we delayed the building project due to financial concerns and now have realized that our space needs have outgrown the project. We are currently renting an office and home for the women's program that are more effecient than the second story addition project. Our current goals are listed below. Building Campaign
We are currently looking for land to purchase with a long-term goal of developing a compound facility instead of owning multiple homes. We feel that utilizing open land to build general purpose buildings, teaching facilities, living spaces and guest facilities will be much more cost effective than having multiple independent homes in Tabarre where we currently operate. We anticipate that the cost of obtaining land will be up to $500,000. If we could consolidate to one property, we would save over $36,000 per year in rent we currently pay for housing and our women's facility. We feel this is the long-term plan for our facilities and we pray that the Lord will open doors with potential sites and the funds to purchase the land.
Vehicle Campaign
UPDATE We bought the truck. Purchased in December. Thank you! 
Mitsubishi Canter. This will allow us to transport the groups that come to be with Heartline and, even on Sunday to transport our regular crew of people to church. We will have a cage built so luggage can be placed on top of the cage and benches built where people can sit and be secure.
