Maranatha Orphanage

Everything we thought we knew has changed due to the recent earthquake.  All but two of the children that were in our care have been able to leave Haiti under the Humanaterian Parole process.  We are unsure when normal adoption procedures will return to Haiti.  However, we do plan on continuing adoptions when we are certain of the new legal process in Haiti.  For now you can contact Ruth Post at ruth.post@heartlineministries.org regarding potential adoption or information on adopting from Haiti. If you would like to donate specifically to our orphanage program you can do so with teh following online options or send a check to Heartline Ministries, PO Box 898, Sunnyside WA  98944 marked "Orphanage".

Maranatha Children’s Home was established with the goal of giving Haiti's children the love, respect and attention they deserve and need. Our philosophy has been to take in only the number of children that we can fully care for. Their spiritual, physical, and educational needs are all fully met during their time with us.

  • We have assisted in placing over 250 children into new loving Christian families via adoption.
  • Maranatha is considered one of the top adoption facilities in Haiti.
  • Our program strives to give the children 100% of what they need to grow and prosper.
  • Children are brought to the orphanage by missionaries and surviving parents who want them to grow up free of poverty.
  • Quality over quantity!  Every child in this facility stays here 24/7 until adopted.
  • Training is conducted for Nannies and Staff that care for the children – normal ratio is one Nanny per two children.
