Heartline Ministries – Director of U.S. Operations

Heartline Ministries is recruiting a seasoned nonprofit professional who is passionate about supporting Heartline’s mission by overseeing overall fundraising and communications support functions to further the mission of Heartline Ministries. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of five years experience in nonprofit management.

This part-time contract position is expected to begin at 25-30 hours per week and has the potential to grow into a full-time position pending fundraising results and ministry needs.

Strong candidates will have a background in nonprofit management, fundraising with proven results, Board development, budget management, personnel management and mentoring, and strategic planning.

Note: The Director of U.S. Operations will complete the duties of his/her role as an independent contractor. This position can be done remotely from anywhere within the United States and may require occasional travel to Haiti. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
